Your website is housed on a shared Enterprise Linux based web server platform.
Unlike some hosting providers, for security reasons, we do not allow scripting or database services on these systems. This ensures that poor scripting or database management by one website can not affect the performance of our other customers.
For customers who require scripting or database services, we have priced our entry level Dedicated Virtual Server packages to make them easily accessable.

Dedicated Virtual Server
Our dedicated virtual servers allow web designers and professional Internet companies to run their services, from the security of their own dedicated virtual machine on our Internet backbone.
You can run multiple websites, Internet shops, and any other Internet applications from either a dedicated virtual Linux or Microsoft server tailored to your requirements.
The Dedicated Virtual Server package provides you with a dedicated Centos Enterprise Linux or Windows 2003/8 Server, with SSH or Terminal Services access to it.
Microsoft Internet Information Services or Apache are also installed by default.
You can also request that MySql database server, and OS-Commerce are installed. |
